Métodos y Tecnología (MTP) develops the Testing Factory Model in several forms depending on the service location: - Onshore: Client's office.
- Nearshore: Offices of MTP in Spain (Madrid and Islas Canarias).
- Offshoring: Oficces of MTP outside Spain (ex: Brasil and Mexico).
MTP establishes two different structures of relation model for the testing development which are adapted to client requirements and which have the advantage of saving costs. STRUCTURE EQUIPMENT 1: Client + Nearshore/Inshore (MTP). CLIENT: the client develops the requirements and the testing service monitoring. NEARSHORE/INSHORE, MTP carries out the following taskes: - Developing testing plans.
- Developing the planning.
- Analysing and evaluating the results.

- Project Management.
| - Performancing of automation cases.
- Carring out automation tests.

Both parts are in contact through the testing Service Manager. He updates by the Project Managers and reports to the client about the projects carried out inside the service. STRUCTURE EQUIPMENT 2: Client + Nearshore/Inshore (MTP) + Offshore/Inshore (Brasil) CLIENT: the client develops the requirements and the SW product generation. NEARSHORE/INSHORE (MTP), MTP carries out the following taskes: - Testing plan developing.
- Planning developing.
- Analysing and evaluating the results.
- Reporting.
- Projects Managment.
OFFSHORE/INSHORE (Brasil - Evolbe). - Automation cases development.
- Carring out automation tests.

This structure needs a larger service control by the client due to the offshoring equipment situated in Brasil. MTP covers the lost of information establishing a communication flow with de Project Manager in Brasil, the Service Manager of MTP and the client. So, the client would have an updated view of project state. |
